Albin Dearing
held various senior positions in the Austrian federal
bureaucracy (Federal Chancellery, Federal Ministries of Justice and
Interior) before joining Judge Maria Berger’s team at the European Court
of Justice for two years. From 2011 to 2022, he led projects on criminal
justice and in particular victims’ rights at the EU Fundamental Rights
Agency.
